Education is the system of acquiring knowledge. Knowledge is therefore, a mental development that springs from experience of researching and doing. It is also the synergy of trial and error. Information is part of knowledge and the assimilation of information creates a knowledge store, and knowledge store triggers inquisitivity and activates the brain and the mind to begin the search for an outcome. The visioning of an outcome creates a breakthrough by initiatives. This process and indeed the system, brings education at the centre of knowledge, hence knowledge is power.
Knowledge in a real sense brings liberation of the mind, body and soul. The power of knowledge is insurmountable by ordinary mind, hence it is mental, it is emotional, it is invisible. Knowledge cannot be taken away from someone who has it as it is stored in his brain and mind. In fact, knowledge is protected by the unconscious mind and it forms part of a man’s world, hence it is the goodwill that maketh a man. Goodwill is indeed the value and strength of a man.
A man with value has strength. A man with strength has knowledge, and a man with knowledge is educated. Education is mental, it is emotional, it is invisible however, it is demonstrable. Therefore, the power and strength of knowledge is beauty. Remember that beauty lies in the eyes of the beholder, however it can be encoded and decoded depending on the effects it has on the stakeholders, hence it is demonstrable.
I can therefore, say that a man with education possess the mental ability to discern what is right and what is wrong. A man with education has knowledge and with knowledge one makes a difference, and the difference that a man makes depends on the effects it has on his people, hence man is God to man. In my country Nigeria, what difference does a man make to support the development of mankind. Remember that man is the product of his mentality. Nigeria, how can we collectively make a difference? Let alone do what is right. Let alone challenge what is wrong. Each person is a world of his own. Nature makes man to expand and multiply by co-operating with the law of nature. Do not coerce the spirit of man and the soul of nature, hence it results to nemesis.
Man was made to live life to the fullest, hence he thinks good and good will surround him. Hence he thinks of good, good will be in him. Whence a man thinks of good, he will do good and good will be with and in him. Naturally goodness will follow him and he will excel his bound; peace, happiness and joy will be in him and around him, hence every man around him is happy. Nigerians must show appreciation to each other and that will eradicate poverty, hopelessness and usher in independence which is one of the factors of education. To each man in Nigeria, seek your neighbour and be your brother’s keeper. By so doing, and by igniting into being oneness, collectivity, accountability and responsibility there will be peace in you and your neighbour will recognise that there is the Spirit of God in you. Heaven will open to you and man will extol you. You will be happy, your people will be happy and Nigeria will honour you.
