NIGERIA THE END IS NEAR: Arewa Youth and the Order for Igbos to Leave the North

I believe I have written enough about Nigeria. As a lecturer, the normal thing to do is to teach and assess the understanding of your learners, and then from there you can top up there knowledge and understanding. This is called “differentiation” of knowledge and understanding. This is the reason why I have not been writing recently, and my aim was to assess my readers to understand their understanding of what I have been writing to educate them about Nigeria and the ill society it has formed. I was not so much writing about Biafra. However I am a true Biafran, and let no one deceive you all Igbos beneath the surface are Biafrans. The same goes to the Yorubas and the Hausa/Fulanis who are themselves more tribalistic than the Igbos are. Let no one fool you, we are all passionate about our tribes and our people. Nigeria is a forced marriage, and all forced marriages must end one day as it was not hinging on love and understanding.  Forced marriage is a project that has beginning and the end; and in between a project there is cost, constraints, milestones and outcome. So Nigeria as a project is no difference, and must come to an end and from its ashes strong nations will emerge

I have heard people commenting on how Nnamdi Kalu has put the Igbos into trouble. Nonsense! The Igbos have been in trouble since 1966, in fact before that. Nigeria is a failed state that has suppressed its citizens, especially the Igbos. How on earth should an Igbo youth did everything he could to acquire education and trade, and five, six seven years after leaving university he or she has no job. The Northern youth with the worst result is placed on a high seat in Nigerian institutions and government parastatals as the head, and his colleagues from same university who acquired first class and second class upper start as clerk or tea boy in the same institution. Is this fair? Can anyone from the northern part of Nigeria ever spent six (6) months searching for job? Igbos, why are we faint hearted? Why are we afraid of death when we are dead already? We are all dead men walking on the streets of Nigeria wandering how we can survive. Only a fool will blame Igbo youth in advocating and agitating for Biafra or anything better than Nigeria. Have the Igbos not suffered enough in the hands of Nigeria? Let me ask you, the so-called president of the Arewa youth; if you were in the shoes of the Igbo youth what would you have done?

On the 6th of June 2017, the whole world listened to the broadcast of the so-called Arewa youth issuing automatum to the Igbos to leave the north. Now, I am addressing Nigerian justice system. What would Nigerian security agencies have done should the order was given by Igbo youth? Up till now, I have not heard that he has been arrested. Why? This is because they are the children of Hausa/Fulani oligarchy who owns Nigeria. I have heard some stupid comments from people blaming Biafran agitators. Go back to history, the Igbos have never asked anyone to leave Igboland. The Igbos love people, they welcome foreigners and they love interacting with people outside their tribe. Igbo youths have suffered enough and they are now asking for Biafra. The whole south east and south-south have been marginalised for over fifty (50) years. People of my age group grudgingly tolerated it as our fathers asked us to because they said we are a tribe defeated in war. Since 1970s, the Hausa/Fulani enjoyed bountifully the wealth of the Igbos and the south-south. The two refineries we had, one in Port Harcourt and the other in Warri have been systematically run aground, destroyed, and in their place, a pipe of more than one thousand (1000) kilometres in length was laid to the north for Kaduna refinery. Can anyone justify this action? Nigerian justice system is a fraud. Nigeria itself is fraud, its rulers are fraudsters. There is no single innocent man or woman in the Nigerian government. No wonder the British prime minister, David Cameron said that Nigeria is fantastically corrupt. Starting from Buhari, the president, the first time money was missing in Nigeria in the 1970s, it was traced to his (Buhari) office. Yes, the money (NGN2 billion) was recovered but it was fraud at the highest order. In those days, executives lodge government money into personal account for 14 or 21 days to generate interest. How much is the interest of NGN2 billion? Is this not a clear fraud? Now begin to count all those in Buhari’s government, can you exonerate any of them from fraud or do I say official embezzlement in Nigeria? Look at the state governors, thieves at the highest order. Are you talking of the legislooters, fraudsters in office as legislative body? Nigeria, you are your own enemy.

Now, going back to the northern youth and their audacity to issue command to the Igbos to leave the north by 1st of October 2017, there is nothing like northern youth. It is Hausa/Fulani youth. The Middle Belt is not with them and they have made their points clear. As I have written in one of my articles, if you want to know where the northern youth stand, go and listen to Gideon Orkar’s coup speech. Northern youth should not deceive themselves, the north is not united. It is a marriage of convenience. I lived in the Kano for ten years and was the first secretary of PPP youth wing. The Hausas do not even love the Fulanis. Where is your unity coming from? It suits you only when it is used to suppress the Igbos, your arch enemy whom you hate out of jealousy? One Nigeria is good when the Igbos and the south-south are suffering and you are reaping the fruit of their labour? Shame on you wide-mouthed sons of ex-executhieves and legislooters of Nigeria! Your strength and confidence is based on the stolen wealth your father stored for you. This is my warning to the proclaimers of northern youth. He who lives by the sword will die by the sword. If the blood of any Igbo man or woman is dropped on the northern soil you will not live to see the end. The God that we serve will smite you. All Igbos and the original Easterners must leave the north. Northern youth have tasted blood and they have no regard for life. Leave now. They have said it and they will engineer their people to carry out their actions. The government of Buhari will do nothing as the government of Gowon was helpless. Igbos must go home. Igbos lost everything they had in the 1960s and still survived till today. Go back to the East. The God that we serve will replenish your effort. Go home now. The federal government must make sure that they provide security for the Igbos to leave the north.

In Nigeria no one is happy except the children of thieves who call themselves army generals and politicians who looted the wealth of the nation. They collectively raped Nigeria and destroy our innocence. Shame on you all! The Igbos have suffered enough for the past fifty (50) years and it cannot go on like this. The Igbos are for Biafra. Let the rest of Nigeria go their separate ways. Enough is enough! Peace will eventually emerge in Nigeria when we have broken it up, and then begin to seek new alliances. One thing is certain, the Igbos will not seek to destabilise any of our neighbours. We love people and we will reach out to other people to form a negotiated alliance where no one is a loser. By the way, Nigeria as a country put together by Britain expired on the 31st of December 2013. Now, let us formally dissolve what is left of it. I am not against the Yoruba or the Hause/Fulani however the welfare of my people comes first, and my people have suffered enough in the hands of others. We need our independence.  Independence is natural and it is of human. He who does not like my independence, my freedom and justice should jump into the river Niger and drown. He who has ear let him hear.
