This page is dedicated to emulating good practice, especially in Nigeria and Africa. Nigeria and Africa are surrounded by the developed world, Europe, America, Asia, etc however we do not emulate how the developed world behave. In Nigeria, we do not copy from others who do things the way it should be rather we look for a way to circumvent whatever we are asked to do hence corruption permeates into our blood stream. I am not saying that all Nigerians or Africans are corrupt however we usually find a way to cut corners, instead of doing the right thing.

The purpose of this page is to work with like minded people to educate people to begin to do things the way it should be. Whatever one is doing has rules and regulations or duties and responsibilities. We have to be accountable. It would be for the benefit of all for us to begin to do the right thing. Follow the rules and regulations and discharge your duties creditably. Whatever one is doing, let him or her do it properly without cheating anyone. If you are a taxi driver, charge the correct fare. If you are a civil servant, do what you are paid to do. If you are a policeman, follow the law. Do not intimidate people.Those in government, manage the resources given to you effectively. Do not embezzle some and use some to do a substandard work. Those in government and executive offices, do not inflate the price of any contracts you are awarding.

Let us emulate from others: Europe, America, Japan, China and others. Most Africans have experience of British culture. We love how they manage their economy. They do not steal from the treasury, they do not inflate contracts, they do not abuse their offices. Why can’t we learn from others who are doing things better than we do. In Nigeria and indeed, Africa, we suffer from greediness. We should learn to live within our means. Let us collectively promote this page for good practice. We are in it together. THINK!
