It is now exactly 0021 hours of May 29th 2023 as I put my thoughts and reflection on paper; the day every Nigerian is waiting for, and wishing that it would never come. The “day” is finally here and nothing has happened yet. This day speaks volumes; the day that the custodians of the constitution of Nigeria broke the law. In August 2002 I wrote about illegality and criminality becoming the norm in Nigeria. I wrote about my-turn-syndrome in West African Magazine, and I pointed out that 419 would destroy Nigeria as the criminals would soon be elected into office, and they did. I wrote about the consequences of get-rich-quick emergent culture that would become the norm, and it is happening today. Twenty (20) years after, the president of Nigeria and the supreme court are about to brake the law of Nigeria by swearing an unconstitutionally selected president who did not meet the constitutional requirements. The president will authorise the supreme court to swear in Bola Ahmed Tinubu today, the 29th of May 2023 as the president of the federal republic of Nigeria, a country founded on a faulty foundation since 1914, and endorsed by Britain as independent since 1960. The president of Nigeria is supposed to be elected by the people, not selected by INEC with the authority of the incumbent President, General Muhammadu Buhari. Did Bola Ahmed Tinubu win the election 2023? My answer is “NO”. This is the contention! Could the incumbent president and the supreme court not waited to find out who actually won the 2023 presidential election before swearing anyone in as president? Nigeria is owned by the people, and the majority of the people asked the incumbent president to be cautious and wait for the outcome of the petitions made by other political parties; why is president Buhari in a hurry to do the wrong thing? Why are those in authority not respecting the delicate constitution of Nigeria that they are supposed to protect?

However, these are the questions on the lips of every Nigerian this morning. I do not know why Nigerians are sad for the wrongs that have been done to them but the only two people smiling are Uhuru Jomo-Kenyata of Kenya and Tony Blair of Britain. They seem to be overly excited than the Nigerians. What is it that they know that Nigerians do not know? 95% of Nigerians are sad that justice has been raped in their country in broad daylight. Uhuru Jomo-Kenyata is all smiles, radiating joy to APC members and the INEC as if his mother was a Nigerian. Tony Blair of Britain having closed door meeting and poising for photograph, not minding the feelings of Nigerians. Does Britain support the illegality in Nigeria through their former prime minister? One can never trust them as they have never been straight in their dealings with Nigeria.

However, there were irregularities that marred the 2023 presidential election; many Nigerians died; many Nigerians were maimed and many Nigerians were beaten up, molested while the custodians of the law stood by, watched and did absolutely nothing. In fact, in some cases the custodians of the law helped thugs to destroy ballot boxes; destroyed polling boots and assisted criminals forged election results. INEC, the umpire of 2023 presidential election allocated results to the highest bidder (Nasarawa state prime example) and ignoring the constitutional requirements, forgetting that the real results are retained in the electronic system BVAS/IREV. The actual results are in the open secret yet INEC earmarked 3billion Naira to defend their illegality and election rigging in the court of jurisdiction.

However, the judges are afraid and no one wants to stop the swearing in of Bola Ahmed Tinubu. All Nigerians looking up to President Buhari to use his presidential power to cancel the election but no, he is fixated on swearing in the illegally selected president against the wishes of the peoples of Nigeria. Everyone is in disbelief that the official evil has befallen on Nigeria! All the apparatus of the government have been instructed to focus on the swearing in of the new president select. Blind man can see that something is wrong with the just concluded election. The deaf can hear that Nigerians are complaining loudly. Government is supposed to be for the people, but in Nigeria, it is for the rich and the criminals that stole Nigeria dry, bend the law and flex their muscles. Nigeria is the only country where politicians and those in government are richer than those in business. Nigeria is the only country where government distribute money in Ghana-must-go to the powers that be, the lazy jobless criminals who do nothing but to share the resources of Nigeria. General Muhammadu Buhari Has dared Nigerians to do their worst as whatever he says is final; yes final! What is it that Buhari Has not done in the last eight year? He glaringly divided Nigerians to their relevant parts, their tribes! He even divided his own tribe, the original fulanis of Nigeria who did not agree with him. That man, Muhammadu Buhari is evil to Nigerians and should be prosecuted in international criminal court in the Hague!

However, I warn Nigerians that swearing in Bola Ahmed Tinubu would signal the end of Nigerian as a united country. The constitution of Nigeria will be destroyed today and anarchy is installed as the norm. Who now would complain of illegality and criminality? My-turn-syndrome as I warned Nigerians in 2002 has finally been established in Nigeria officially today, Monday, the 29th of May 2023. The truth and nothing but the truth is that Bola Ahmed Tinubu did not win 2023 presidential election; whosoever claimed that he did is a liar and an enemy to Nigeria. History of impunity is written again in Nigeria under the supervision of Muhammadu Buhari, the Nigerien! I will conclude that Muhammadu Buhari alone knows why he took the office of the president of Nigeria instead of Niger republic. He has taken Nigeria back to 1983 when he overthrew the democratically elected president (Shehu Shagari) who was doing everything he could to reunite Nigeria. The spirit of our past leaders would be woken up today if Bola Ahmed Tinubu is sworn in as the president of Nigeria. I invoke the spirit of Shehu Shagari, the Spirit of Aminu Kano, the spirit of Obafemi Awolowo, the spirit of J S Tarka, the spirit of Dr Nnamdi Azikiwe to bear witness to the injustice and the abuse of power that is about to happen in Nigeria today!

My name remains Oguchi Martins Egbujor, the messenger of truth. We are all witnesses to the daylight rape of Nigerian constitution. Heaven hear my voice; he who has ear let him hear!
